Role Overview:

We are looking for a People Partner to join our People team. You will work closely with business leaders and the broader HR team to support day-to-day people operations and employee lifecycle management. A key part of this role is human capital management — owning the resourcing and flow of our internal talent to ensure the right people are deployed to the right opportunities as our business needs evolve. This role also provides exposure to organisational change and integration work as Temus continues to grow.
