Role Purpose

As the People Partner you will be a trusted advisor to our operational leadership, specialising in:

• Complex employee relations casework.
• TUPE Mobilisations.
• Redundancy & Change Programmes.
• You will ensure our people processes are compliant, consistent and fully aligned with our values, supporting business continuity and colleague wellbeing.
