What requirements you'll need to be eligible
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations / People OperationsStrong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR systems within a Shared Services environmentFamiliarity with Malaysia labour regulations (SEA exposure is a plus)Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and improve workflowsExperience in process improvement / continuous improvement frameworks (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environmentStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExposure to HRIS systems.
