This role is categorized as hybrid. The successful candidate is expected to report to the GM Philippines office three to four times per week or at a frequency dictated by the business.
The role will lead GM People Operations team in Asia and Middle East, acting as the local SME for Employee Journeys, embedding local‑specific requirements into global standards and ensuring high‑quality, timely, and compliant HR services, and optimize key people processes and knowledge governance using process‑driven methodologies, AI‑enabled solutions, and data analytics to streamline and standardize workflows.
