As a Sr People Operations Representative, you will act as the local people operations expert, providing expert guidance to employees, business leaders, Strategic P&C; Business Partners and global COEs on various people topics relevant to the specific market.

You will be handling tier 2 level people operations query escalations, actively resolving employee queries.

As a Global People and Culture team we are undergoing significant process and technology change and you will have key supporting the deployment of P&C initiatives and driving continuous improvement of people operations services as well as championing employee experience initiatives in collaboration with the WPX and EEX teams.
