Transfers
Job Changes
Offboarding
Employee/Manager inquiries
First point of contact for all People related queries and process requirements
Play a role in continuously improving People Operations methodologies, processes, workflow and automation
Partner effectively with stakeholders across HR/People and in other departments on BAU, projects and team/department goals
Collaborate with Global Service Center (GSC) on the transition of work, process design and ongoing projects
Act as escalation point for GSC
