What you’ll do

• Leadership advisory: Act as a strategic advisor for division leaders on complex people cases, whistle blowing, conflict management, and team development. Ensure all matters are handled in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Employee & manager experience: Implementation and continuous improvement of people programs and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance development and talent reviews.
• Leadership development: Ensure the division effectively identifies, develops, and grows a strong future leader pipeline.
• Culture & engagement: Drive the implementation of company wide culture and engagement initiatives. Identify areas in need of improved culture and engagement and implement solutions.
