**THE OPPORTUNITY**

The **People Growth Manager (MIDI)** drives the local adapation and implementation of impactful people development solutions across the region.

In close collaboration with the local CoE Head, this role translates global HR strategies into effective local initiatives, covering areas such as talent management, performance, succession planning, leadership development, and executive interventions.
