About the role As a People Experience Intern at The Great Room ('TGR'), you will be responsible for acting as the team's backbone by carrying out a wide range of tasks that will contribute at a hands-on level to the People Experience Team.
A successful People Experience Intern will be responsible for ensuring that processes and structures are well carried out to support the People Experience team.
The People Experience Intern will report to the Director of People Experience.

Recruitment Create social media content relating to recruitment Post and manage recruitment advertisements on job boards and social media platforms Handle recruitment-related matters including, scheduling calls and interviews, maintaining the candidate database, and handling paperwork.
