Job Description
We are looking for someone who can maintain strong and visible relationships with stakeholders, provide confident compliance leadership, and support the organisation in remaining audit-ready throughout the year.
Working closely with the Head of Reward & Compliance and our in-house Employment Law team, the role will help us navigate key legislative changes, including those arising from the Employment Rights Bill.
Key Responsibilities
Create, review and update People & Culture documentation within OneISS Way to ensure accuracy with legislation and Company policy. Manage assurance activity and monitoring across key P&C risk areas.
