Job Description

  • Strategic Alignment
    • Partner with the Operations Directors and Regional Directors to develop and implement people plans that support business objectives.
    • Influence and support organisational change initiatives.
  • Employee Relations
    • Provide guidance on high level, complex ER issues including grievances, disciplinaries, and performance management.
    • Ensure fair and consistent application of people policies, ensuring the employment legislation and compliance is adhered to at all times.
    • Be the point of contact for any ACAS or tribunal, escalating to the Director of People at all times.
    • Complex and partner on any complex TUPE in and out
    • Support the Operations Directors with any local Trade Union relations
