As a People and Talent Advisor at Techspert in the People Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our globally based employees in fostering a positive, productive work environment. You will be responsible for providing guidance and support on various people-related matters to ensure our team members feel valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on our recruitment process including - screening, collaborating with leaders and supporting onboarding activities
• You’ll take ownership of People Operations across the entire employee lifecycle, using your expertise to be the go-to person for questions and issues
• Lead People contact for our global team including Chile and US
• Collaborating with the wider People team to ensure timely execution of our general pay-cycles
• Assist in resolving employee relations issues (utilising your strong Chilean Labour Law knowledge) and conflicts
