Role Overview

This is a high‑ownership, non‑traditional HR role focused on building and managing the full people lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on performance, learning, and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end talent lifecycle (hiring → onboarding → performance → growth)
