We’re looking for a People Analyst (HR) who enjoys working with data, strategy, and people insights to support workforce planning and HR decision-making. What you’ll do: Analyze HR data and market benchmarks to support people strategy and workforce planning
Prepare HR analytics and insights for management and leadership reporting
Support manpower planning, budgeting, and headcount governance with HRBPs and Finance
Assist in organization design, job evaluation, and job architecture exercises
Support compensation & benefits analysis, salary benchmarking, and internal equity reviews
Ensure HR policies, governance, and compliance are aligned with internal and legal requirements What we’re looking for: Degree in HR, Business Administration, Sociology, or related field
Minimum 5 years HR experience in planning, strategy, analytics, or C&B
Strong analytical mindset with good Excel / MS Office skills
