Manage a team based in Barcelona but also coordinate each legal PoC in each country where we are running our business (i.e. 22 countries)
Be part of the Legal leadership team
Evaluate the People/Labour risks associated with the business and ensure appropriate procedures to mitigate them are implemented balancing business needs.
Assist the People department in adapting the business/Strategy needs to local regulations.
Take a strategic and medium/long term view of risk and compliance with Labour and People regulations creating awareness on the best practices among Glovo employee
Qualifications
8+ years of working experience as in-house legal counsel or in a reputed law firm.
Qualified Law Bachelor Degree in Spain,with a Master in Labour Law preferable.
