Exciting People Advisor opportunity within an established retail environment.
Contract Duration: 6 months – May extend to 12 months
Hybrid role, offices in Westlake, Ohio.
**Required Skills & Experience**

+ 2+ years experience handling People Relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and concerns resolution.

+ Strong understanding of local labor laws and policies.

+ Ability to advise and support managers on employee-related issues.
+ Proficiency in case management and HRIS systems
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to assess risk and escalate concerns appropriately
+ Problem-solving – applies sound judgment to resolve concerns.
+ Stakeholder engagement – builds trusted relationships with leaders.
+ Attention to detail – ensures compliance with policies and processes.
