Perform administrative work including enrolment, contribution, termination and switching for Mandatory Provident Fund and Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance schemes
Perform checking on regular reports to clients and members
Perform health check and investigation on data discrepancies
Handle follow-up requests and complaints from members, employers, fund managers, external trustees and authorities
Ensure compliance with legislation, trust deed, policy and procedures
Recommend revision to procedures due to system and legislative changes
Escalate to senior upon irregularities found
Assist to conduct the system enhancement user acceptance tests
