Manage and coordinate service delivery to clients, ensuring a high-quality experienceBuild strong relationships with employers, trustees, and advisersLead strategic discussions on long-term scheme objectivesDeliver clear communications (reports, presentations, updates)Coordinate client projects, including scheme development initiativesProvide expertise on DB pensions, legislation, and industry trendsSupport junior team members and collaborate across teamsEnsure governance, risk controls, and policy standards are met Skills & experience:
