Job Description

The BPM development chapter is an exciting team to build innovative BPM solutions that accelerate digital transformation in the company. The primary technology in use is PEGA and other emerging technologies, like Camunda.

As a PEGA BPM developer, your main responsibility is to work with the Tech Lead to design and build high‑profile workflow applications with quality and speed. You will adopt an agile mindset and implement DevOps to enable faster delivery cycles.

You are also expected to participate in the BPM chapter meetings and contribute to best practices.

What will you do?

• Participate in lab discussions to understand and contribute to business requirements.
• Assist the Tech Lead with application design, and independently design sub‑components.
• Develop PEGA solutions that meet requirements, comply with PEGA best practices, and unit test for quality.
