Locums - Pediatric Coverage for eastern North Carolina Clinical Role :

  • Outpatient clinic 8:30a-5p with evening call
  • Dates Needed: August 10-14, August 17-21 (only need to work 3 days), August 24-28 (only need to work 3 days) and August 31 to Seotember 1(work 1 day)
  • On-site paid orientation and EMR training required prior to first shift
  • 20 patients per day in clinic on average
  • 1 inpatient admission per day on average
  • 1 birth per day on average
  • Call is shared with Pediatrician, Nurse Practitioner and Family Medicine physician
  • Only respond to codes if it is for the Nursery
  • No ER backup coverage required
  • No ICU or Critical Care duties
  • Practice includes 6 exam rooms, onsite lab services, one pediatrician, 1 FNP and 4 Nurses/Medical Assistants
  • EMR is Epic
  • North Carolina license and DEA...
