Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: 1 Week per month, Monday-Friday 8a-5p, 24-Hour Beeper Call
• Job Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient, Clinic and Call
• Types of Cases: Standard outpatient clinic, 1 hour for new patient and Diabetic appointments, 30 minute follow up appointments, 8-10 patients per day, minimal rounding on weekends during call coverage
• Credentialing: 90 days

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified only
• Certifications: 2 year Fellowship
• Licensure: Active WA or IMLC, DEA Required
