The Predictive Maintenance (PdM) Engineer is responsible to report collected and gathered data for the techniques such as vibration analysis, oil and grease analysis, electrical and mechanical thermographic inspection, electrical ultrasound, motor circuit analysis, and ultrasound – air leak inspection to the client particularly, the maintenance manager, supervisor and other maintenance personnel.

Responsibilities

• 1) Work safely in and around operating equipment in a plant environment. Immediately address, report, and resolve unsafe conditions and/or acts through appropriate channels. Comply with all plant safety and work procedures and policies.
• 2) Create an informative and extensive prescription report with recommendation from the diagnosis report which was issued by the laboratory from the data collected by the Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technician with the following techniques namely:
