Morley and District Primary Care network have an exciting opportunity for an experienced healthcare assistant to join our team. The Health Care Assistant (HCA) plays a vital role withinprimary care, supporting the clinical team in delivering high-quality patientcare.

we are looking for someone work work part time across 2 of the 6 PCN GP Practices.

Ideally around 16 hours over Tuesday and Wednesday however we are flexible with this.

Main duties of the job

To assist the practice clinical team in the provision anddelivery of high quality patient care. Undertaking clinical work and relatedtasks as delegated by the practice nurses or GPs following appropriate trainingand assessment of competency.

To work as part of the Nursing team and strictly inaccordance with specific practice guidelines and protocols.

To assist the Practice Nurses in the annual reviews forpatients on the practice register for Diabetes, Chronic Obstructive PulmonaryDisease ...
