Job Title: PCN Clinical Pharmacist

Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Clinical Pharmacist to join our dynamic clinical pharmacy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of core responsibilities, working within the member PCNs practices and contributing to the improvement of medication services.
