Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant payroll services, while providing excellent customer support to internal and external stakeholders.
Working across payroll operations and service desk support, you will gain end-to-end exposure to payroll processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Your responsibilities include:
Providing Level 1 payroll support, responding to employee and stakeholder enquiries via the service desk in a professional and timely mannerAccurately maintaining and updating payroll master data in line with established proceduresPerforming high-volume data entry of payroll-related information with strong attention to detailEscalating and allocating complex payroll queries to Level 2 support where requiredSupporting end-to-end pay run activities...
