Perform monthly calculations for company specialists, including base incomes, KPIs, and complex bonus structures;
Work with the internal HR system to extract and synchronize data regarding worked hours, vacations, sick leaves, and overtime;
Accurately calculate final pay upon termination, vacation pay, and sick leave compensation;
Prepare final Calculation Reports and submit them to the Treasury/Finance department for approval and processing;
Act as the primary point of contact for specialists regarding their income, bonuses, or deductions (Support);
Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to automate and optimize accounting processes.
