Administering and optimizing extra-legal benefits
Acting as the main point of contact for the social secretary
Managing and coordinating the company fleet
Coordinating international payroll in collaboration with local payroll partners
Responding to payroll- and HR-related questions from employees and managers
Ensuring compliance with Belgian social legislation and tax regulations
Preparing and consolidating HR reports across all entities, including: Headcount evolution; FTE follow-up; Sickness and absenteeism figures; other workforce-related KPIs
Supporting management with accurate data insights and workforce analytics
