Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 1100+ employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated with the latest labor laws and payroll regulations in India, including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Income Tax, and other statutory deductions. Ensure compliance in all payroll activities.
