            Responsibilities  Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for countries as assigned 
Liaise and work closely with payroll vendors and country coordinators to ensure timely salary payment to employees 
Monitor delivery of payroll vendor through agreed SLAs 
Review and check monthly payroll processed by vendor to ensure accuracy against agreed processes and standards 
Accountable to ensure accuracy of all employee data that is provided by payroll vendor 
Submit payroll supporting documents to Finance Department in a timely and accurate manner 
Prepare the monthly and annual tax returns of employees and liaise with tax authority on the submissions 
Coordinate year-end tax matters with payroll vendors 
Assist in annual budgeting exercise, merit increment and bonus processing 
Ensure timely and accurate submission of employee data to management and relevant government authorities
