In this role, you will report to the Payroll Team Lead, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of payroll processing. Candidates should have at least two years of experience, familiarity with ADP software, and a detail-oriented approach to handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process various payroll cycles for different locations
• Manage employee onboarding, changes, and terminations
• Serve as a key contact for payroll-related inquiries
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation across Canada
• Address requests from management and government agencies
Requirements:
• 2 years of full cycle payroll experience required
• Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) is advantageous
• Experience with benefits administration is beneficial
