Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• End-to-End Payroll Processing
• Process monthly payroll cycles (including off-cycle runs if needed)
• Collect, validate, and input payroll data (attendance, overtime, bonuses, deductions)
• Calculate gross-to-net salaries, taxes, and social contributions
• Ensure accurate and timely salary payments
• Statutory Compliance (China-specific)
• Handle Individual Income Tax (IIT) calculations and filings
• Administer social insurance and housing fund (SI & HF) contributions
• Prepare and submit statutory reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Stay updated on China labor laws and payroll regulations
• Data Management & Reporting
• Maintain payroll records and employee data in HR/payroll systems
• Prepare payroll reports (labor cost reports, variance analysis, audit reports)
