Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a growing team in Boca Raton. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience processing high-volume payroll accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multi-state payroll while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.


Responsibilities

+ Process weekly, bi-weekly, and/or semi-monthly payroll for a large employee population

+ Manage high-volume payroll transactions with accuracy and timeliness

+ Review and audit payroll data, including timekeeping records, earnings, deductions, and taxes

+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
