Position Summary:

We are seeking an organized and diligent professional to join our team as aPayroll Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you will facilitate the smooth onboarding of new employees into our payroll processing workflows. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all new employees are onboarded accurately and efficiently.

Eastwood Libis, QC – Onsite

Monday to Friday | 8 AM to 5 PM Central Time

(Monday - Friday 9 PM - 6 AM Manila Time)

Responsibilities:

· Oversee the onboarding process of new employees into the company's payroll processing workflows.

· Collaborate with the HR department to collect relevant information about new hires.

· Accurately enter new employee data into the payroll system.
