Prepare, process, and track employee payroll calculations Provide first-line assistance to employees regarding their payroll-related questions Manage and optimize the digital time and attendance system and absence tool Analyze and optimize salaries Stay up-to-date with the evolving Belgian social legislation Manage our company fleet and insurance policies from a payroll perspective. Possess 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role with expertise in payroll administration and ideally CP 200. Demonstrated familiarity with social legislation and regulations pertaining to payroll. Familiarity with payroll tools is required, knowledge of 'Presta' system (group S) is an advantage.
