Successfully embed the outsourced Payroll model and assist in further efficiency in outsourced model.
Act as key point of contact and build strong working relationships with our outsourced payroll providers (Frontier Software for AU and NZ)
Troubleshoot and respond to employee payroll queries in a timely manner, ensuring the employee experience is front of mind
Support the development/review and implementation of frameworks, policies, guidelines, tools, templates, processes and reports to improve payroll efficiency
Provide high-quality operational payroll services and advice to business stakeholders e.g. People Partners, to support decision making relating to payroll
Manager and mentor to any additional payroll positions within Latitude
Support the delivery of projects and initiatives that are designed to enhance the employee and leader experience relating to payroll
