Job Responsibilities:
·Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including timekeeping, payroll runs, wage/rate changes, overtime, corrections, and recurring payroll transactions
·Process employee deductions, reimbursements, bonuses, PTO payouts, sick time adjustments, garnishments, and final pay transactions
·Maintain payroll tax compliance and respond to federal and state payroll audit requests
·Prepare and distribute payroll-related reports, including overtime analysis, certified payroll (Davis-Bacon), employee loan balances, and general ledger transactions
·Partner with the Controller and cross-functional departments to review payroll reporting, compliance, and operational needs
·Complete annual payroll responsibilities, including tax liability reporting and year-end payroll close activities
