Role Purpose
The Payroll Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of payroll operations in the Philippines, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing in line with Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements. This position includes people leadership, process governance, and continuous improvement of payroll systems and controls.
Key Responsibilities
Philippine Payroll Management
- Own and manage end‑to‑end Philippine payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all pay cycles (e.g., semi‑monthly/monthly).
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine statutory and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to:
- BIR (withholding tax, annualization, BIR forms)
- SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG (HDMF) registrations, remittances, and reporting
