Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to manage end-to-end payroll processing through HRMS for a workforce of 500+ employees. The role requires strong payroll knowledge, HRMS handling experience, statutory understanding, accuracy in payroll inputs, and the ability to ensure timely and compliant payroll execution.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience running payroll independently or managing payroll operations for a mid to large-size workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 500+ employees through HRMS.
Validate attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, reimbursements, arrears, and salary revision inputs.
