Take ownership and responsibility for the organization’s multi-provincial payroll processing environment
Day-to-day leadership of a large payroll processing team, providing expert compliance knowledge, leading year-end activities and working closely across cross-functional teams
Lead payroll workflow improvement projects, system support, and all maintenance
Oversee a team of 5-8 payroll reports
Have experience managing a multi-unionized environment
ERP payroll knowledge is considered an asset
Strong communication skills; ability to liaise with government entities and external vendors
Advanced NPI payroll certification ideally at leadership level (CPM or PLP)
