• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for clients and internal employees
• Handle timesheets, leave records, overtime, claims, and payroll adjustments
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies
• Prepare payroll reports and maintain employee records
• Coordinate with HR, finance, and recruitment teams on payroll matters
• Assist with CPF contributions, tax submissions, and statutory requirements
• Support payroll audits and administrative tasks when required

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
