- Collect and process daily, weekly, and monthly employee time sheets.
- Calculate working hours, benefits and deductions.
- Prepare employee compensation checks using payroll software and ensure tax compliance.
- Schedule electronic payments and distribute physical paychecks.
- Generate and maintain payroll reports for management.
- Address employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits and deductions.
- Enter new employee data into the company database.
- Prepare last salary for Foreign Worker employee.
- Prepare monthly advance.
- Prepare, update and maintain database.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
