Seeks out opportunities to improve current processes
Receives customer information and uses it to identify & recommend improvements in products and services and has an accurate working knowledge of the relevant New Zealand Post employment agreements and also to be able to provide resolution to complex employee queries.
All earning related documentation is completed as and when required
Supports the need to have a standardised way of processing within EIS by ensuring that all documentation and data input complies with current processes / procedures and that all input actions comply within the bounds of the agreement in place effectively managing the entire ‘Hire to Retire’ process
