Administer on resignation process and employee movement related letter preparation
Follow up/ Send email reminder to upline on probationary status employment confirmation
Entering, correcting, verifying and/or transmitting payroll and time and attendance information to/from multiple systems/inputs to ensure timely information update and salary pay out to employees on time
Resolve broad and variety of payroll issues with employees, provide solutions/advices where applicable and provide support for payroll reporting needs.
Liaise with Finance and other Departments on monthly payroll reports and matters.
Maintenance of payroll records in accordance with company policy, state, federal laws and regulations
Process payment for all statutory government bodies requirements
