Job Summary

As a Payroll & Benefit Specialist, you’ll process payroll using Workforce Now for multiple payroll groups under a Shared Services model. You’ll administer benefits for your client groups, maintain payroll records, address employee inquiries, and work closely with HR and Finance teams to enhance payroll and benefits procedures. This is an in‑office role (all 5 days a week) at our Vaughan head office, part of the Payroll and HR Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and submit payroll documentation and data for salary and hourly employees on biweekly and semi‑monthly cycles.
• Process special payroll amounts, retroactive pay, adjustments, and update systems with changes.
• Prepare third‑party payments such as garnishments.
