Payroll and AR/AP Accountant

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Must be able to work during U.S. time zones
• Experience with Paycor (a must), QuickBooks (a must), Microsoft Business Central or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP-based recording and reporting practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management, including data entry, formulas, sorting, filtering, and reconciliation

AR/AP:

• Reconcile customer statements and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accounts with receivable records, create and send customer invoices, and apply incoming payments.
• Follow up on overdue balances and communicate with customers regarding payment status.
