!As a Payroll and Administration Intern, you will support the Payroll team in managing employee records, processing payroll data, and coordinating with public institutions. You'll gain practical experience with tools like SAP and SuccessFactors in a fast-paced HR environment.
What will the role entail?
Support employee lifecycle management: new hires, terminations, and changes in Social Security records
Assist in maintaining and updating employee data in internal ERPs (SAP, SuccessFactors)
Communicate with public institutions regarding labor-related matters and regulatory changes
Help calculate payroll variables, employee taxes, and social security contributions
Collaborate in the monthly payroll process, including calculations, cross-checks, and final review
