Role Summary:
We are seeking a payroll professional to provide expertise to include payroll preparation and processing, completion and tracking of ongoing data audits, and maintenance and set up of employment taxes. The ideal candidate has in depth payroll experience, ADP reporting, state/local tax knowledge and possesses a continuous improvement mindset.
Your Role:
Manage payroll time logs, corrections, tax adjustments and all other electronic inputs related to ongoing payroll processesEnsure accurate payroll closure through data collection, reconciliation and adherence to payroll policiesPrepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and year‑end payroll reports as neededDocument, maintain and continuously improve payroll procedures with a focus on simplification and standardizationAddress employee inquiries, provide compliant payroll guidance and deliver excellent customer serviceEnsure compliance with SOX, interna...
