Manage the end-to-end payroll process including data validation, salary calculations, and timely salary disbursement for all employees, while ensuring full compliance with employment regulations and handling tax clearance procedures.
Co‑ordinate and verify with production supervisor and HR to validate attendance records, attendance approval, shift schedule, overtime claim and leave application before submit to payroll vendor.
Ensure payroll is processed accurately and within stipulated timelines.
Prepare payroll reports for other functions and filing for audit purposes.
