Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join their team and play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. This position is responsible for managing high-volume payroll, processing upwards of 1,000 employees weekly, and handling both hourly and salaried payroll. The Payroll Coordinator will process timesheets through an automated time collection system (with more manual involvement than ADP), prepare tax files for submission to a third-party filing service, and assist with year-end reporting, including W-2 processing. Additional responsibilities include maintaining employee records related to payroll and employer contributions, resolving discrepancies, and supporting statutory tax reporting.
