We are looking for an experienced Payroll administrator to join an aspiring company based in Dewsbury.

The role of the Payroll administrator involves:

Taking full responsibility for the monthly and weekly payroll of the business
Complete all Inland Revenue forms
Establish and maintain employee records
Preparation of reports
Chasing payment of overdue invoices on a timely basis
Manage petty cash
Support Company Accountant with General Finance Duties
General telephone queries





The Payroll administrator position will suit a person with skills:

Self-motivated
Good work ethic
Well organised and have a high attention to detail
Excellent IT skills including Sage
Payroll and customer service experience
Able to work in a team
Hours of work are 8.30am-5 pm Monday to Friday
Salary is between 17k-18k dependent on experience
